U. S. Steel Tubular Products is one of the world's largest suppliers of cold drawn carbon and alloy tubing, and we offer the widest size range of precision mechanical tubing in the world - outside diameters from ½ to 15 inches.

We manufacture StarDOM® and Starloy® to ASTM A-513 as well as to customer specifications. Tubing is available in wall thicknesses to 0.650 inches, in many possible combinations of chemical compositions, thermal treatments, mechanical properties, strength-to-weight ratios, dimensional tolerances, and surface finishes.

StarDOM® and Starloy® are available in such varied grades of steel, thermal treatments, and surface finishes that almost any fabricating requirement such as machinability, formability, weldability, strength, ductility, or toughness can be served.

The flexibility of our manufacturing process allows for so many combinations of diameter, thickness, and strength that it is possible in many cases to design a tube to meet a specific application without the need for additional processing.
