- Life Insurance - Employee may elect a coverage in multiples of their annual base pay as well as select coverage for family members.

- Health & child Care Reimbursement Accounts - These accounts allow employees to set aside pre-tax dollars and use these dollars to pay out-of-pocket health and childcare expenses.
- 401(k) Plan - Before-Tax and After-Tax contributions to a plan that features matching company contributions in a specified percentage match.
- Profit sharing - Quarterly bonuses based on operating profits are available to all employees.
