| U. S. Steel Tubular Products is a manufacturer of Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) Hot Finished tubes. With the ability to roll, weld and then hot finish, U. S. Steel Tubular Products supplies hot finished tubing to a variety of industries including automotive, construction and communications. Using ASTM A513 and ASTM A500 as the base specifications, U. S. Steel Tubular Products produces customized products that meet it's intended application. Steel grades from SAE 1006 to SAE 4130 are available in outside diameters 1.415 to 16.070 inches in walls 0.140 to 0.750 inches. Producing a full-body normalized tube from either of two hot mills allows U. S. Steel Tubular Products to thermo-mechanically control the properties, mechanical strengths superior to those seen on more traditional weld-to-size tubes. | |
