Center for Tubular Excellence
U. S. Steel Tubular Products has embarked on a formal mission to foster and energize learning and the development of Human Capital. The initiative is not new; U. S. Steel Tubular Products has planted and nurtured the creative learning process for years with informal application and delivery. In May of 2000, U. S. Steel Tubular Products affirmed this commitment through the initialization of a formal approach to development, management and execution of learning for all employees. Senior management has committed the resources and support to allow organization, staffing, planning and execution of an employee driven process to facilitate the learning process. U. S. Steel Tubular Products will focus internally to determine and deliver education and development to employees tailored to their individual requirements.
